Intentional Consciousness.

Break agreement with the “blah-blah monkey chatter” in your mind, with intention. You, alone, have the authority to silence the “negative narrative” that can hold you hostage  keeping you stuck in the chatter in your mind.

Inner attentiveness to stillness, quietness, solitude…the space “within” you where you can choose to dwell is in your heart space.

Guard your mind and cast out thoughts with intention, the constant inner  attentiveness to the “Spirit” whose infinite love for you dwells in your heart space. 

Practice resting in active “self-surrender” to that love. Practice prayerful stillness and discover that silence is not an absence – of something – but the presence of something. Inner stillness.
