Trust is about feeling safe and knowing that you are going to be okay, no matter the circumstance.
It is a belief and faith that you stand on.
It is up to you, as always, how quickly you can learn to trust. First, though, you must relinquish control.
What is your core tether? What are your core values? Think about these questions.
What grounds you?
In the inner, quiet, private places of your heart, do you have peace, and do you trust that you are okay?
Inner spiritual strength grows, as you think, about your core values, your core tether, and become conscious of your behavior, in relation to your core beliefs?
Make a list of your core values and beliefs. Prayer is a powerful tool to utilize in this exercise. Pray and ask, What are my core beliefs? Am I living and behaving as if I believe my core values?
